My name is Louise Hague. I started cooking homemade soups for friends and family in my kitchen. I love to cook nourishing soups and so I created Lulu’s Whole Food Kitchen which offers fresh, all natural, plant-based soups that are prepared in small batches providing optimal nutrition and wellness. I’m passionate about health, wellness and whole food cooking and wish to support others to live a healthy life.

I am a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, where I focused on learning about the therapeutic properties of food. When not cooking soups for family, friends and customers, I teach yoga to students of all levels and breast cancer survivors. I also volunteer with Fox Valley Food for Health making meals for those with serious illness.
